Welcome to the home of Nastix (NX), created by Ebon Grayman, former gymnast and Cirque Du Soleil performer of 11 years. Throughout his gymnastics career and travels with Cirque Du Soleil, Ebon has learned many valuable lessons from other athletes and perfomers, has taught many students around the world and has been an innovative and inspiring consultant in the fields of Gymnastics, Circus, Aerial Arts, Dance, Acting, and Choreography.
With a combined 27 years of experience between gymnastics and live circus performance. Ebon, although hesitant but optimistic about his vision, followed his heart, mind, along with lots of passion and decided to develop his own fitness system.
Ebon made sure that the system would be simple enough for anyone and everyone to comprehend and execute the skills in the system. Also, he functional and effective enough, so anyone and everyone can actually have fun as well as use it as a tool to strengthen all parts of the body. His program is called Nastix, a unique, low impact, overall body strengthening system, that is based on gymnastics principles.
When people hear the word "gymnastics", they automatically think of handstands and flips; that form is actually known as "artistic" gymnastics, the other form is known as "rhythmic". The word "gymnastics" by defnition, means: exercises developing or displaying physical agility and coordination. Nastix is not about learning how to flip and do handstands, it is about learning and becoming comfortable in your body by strengthening the entire body through agility and coordination exercises. To attend Nastix, you do not need any gymnastics experience at all. This fitness system is specifically designed for everyday people as well as athletes and performers.
The objective of Nastix is to show and prove that exercises using your own body weight, can be the most effective tool of overall body strengthing. that exists. It is widely known and often said, that gymnasts have one of the largest strength to weight ratios among most athletes. Meaning, they are strong enough to lift nearly twice as much as their own body weight. Gymnasts do not use weights to gain strength, simply because weights hinder body movement and flexibility, thus, decreasing one's overall strength capacity. In addition to Nastix, Ebon also uses Aerial Silks and Basic Tumbling/Tricking as tools for strengthening, agility, flexibility and body awareness.

Self-reverence, self-knowledge, self-control; these three alone lead one to sovereign power. - Alfred Lord Tennyson
